Working through both thicknesses, and inserting hook through only one loop of each piece, sc across armhole. Do not fasten off.
 

Form sleeve seam: With RS together, hold edges of sleeve together, ensuring that edges of rows are aligned, and sc evenly spaced down length of sleeve to wrist. Do not fasten off. Cuff trim: Work 36 (39, 39, 39) sc evenly spaced around cuff edge; join with slip st in first sc. Picot edge: Ch 1, *sc in next 3 sts, ch 3, slip st in third ch from hook; repeat from * around; join with slip st in first sc. Fasten off.
