- Scissors
- Ruler

- Paintbrush
- Craft Glue

- Low Heat Glue Gun and Glue Sticks
Project Instructions
Step: 1
Follow directions on Paperclay® package and create chef’s head and hands as shown or as desired. Let dry.
Step: 2
Paint face and hands with Flesh, mustache with Brown and eyes with White and Black. Let dry.
Step: 3
Cut 4-inch x 4-inch piece of white bandana, fold over top edge ¼-inch and glue into tube for hat.
Step: 4
Cut 2-inch x 4-inch piece of white bandana, fold into band for bottom of hat.
Step: 5
Glue chef’s head to top center of slate.
Step: 6
Glue hat to top of head. Wrap band around bottom of hat and secure in back with glue.
Step: 7
Cut two 4-inch x 3-inch pieces of white bandana, fold sides to center to create sleeves.
Step: 8
Glue hands to end of sleeve and glue hands to sides of slate as shown. Glue remaining sleeve to back of slate.
Step: 9
Use chalk to personalize.
Tips
Use photo as a guide and follow manufacturer’s instructions for all products used.
Paint the slate frame to match your kitchen if desired.
