Use the patterns to trace and cut out pieces. You may need to shrink or enlarge patterns to fit size of bear.

Skirt

Use pattern to measure and cut out one red skirt and one white skirt.

Step: 4

Cut slits ¾ of the way, and hot glue the tops of the two pieces together.

Vest

Use pattern to measure and cut out red vest with arm openings.

Step: 7

Place vest on to bear and pull arms through the opening.

Step: 8

Use hot glue gun to attach the ends of the vest together.

Step: 9

Place the skirt around the bear’s waist and hot glue the ends together.

Step: 10

With decorative edge scissors, cut a ½-inch x 12-inch strip of white felt, and hot glue it around the waist of the bear.

Step: 11

Use hot glue gun to attach letter, megaphone charm, and bow to bear.
