Material List
- Craft Smart™ Yarn (1 Skein)
- Double Pointed Needles, Size 4 and Size 5
- Scissors
- Tapestry Needle
Project Instructions
Cast on 40, using Size 4 needles, divide between needles. Place marker to mark beginning round.
Knit 2, purl 2 (rib stitch) until legging measures 2".
Switch to Size 5 needles.
Knit in round until legging measures 10".
Switch back to Size 4 needles.
Knit 2, purl 2 until legging measures 12" from cast on.
Loosely bind off in rib. Weave in ends.
This will make a child’s medium size. Decrease by increments of 4 stitches to make smaller, increase by increments of 4 to make larger, to get the correct gauge.
