Step 1 Make cake ball pops according to the instructions for Wilton® Cake Ball Pops found on the Michaels.com website. However, dip cake balls into Candy Melts® that are tinted for circus animals: grey for the elephant, light brown for the lion and monkey.
Step 2 For the elephant, tint fondant using icing colors to create a grey for the ears and trunk. Roll out a disk of fondant 1/8" thick. Use the knife tool to cut round ear shapes approximately 2" in diameter. Roll out a trunk that is approximately 2" long and ¼" thick. Use knife tool to create ridges in trunk. Apply ears and trunk with Royal Icing. Apply candy eyeballs with Royal Icing.
Step 3 For the lion, tint Royal Icing a dark brown. Use #2 Wilton® tip to pipe on nose and mouth. Use #10 Wilton® tip to pipe peaks for mane. Apply candy eyeballs with Royal Icing.
Step 4 For the monkey, Use #2 Wilton® tip to pipe on nose and mouth. Create ears from tinted fondant. Apply candy eyeballs with Royal Icing.
