Add tea bags to hot water. The more tea bags added, the darker the tea stain. Soak white bandana in water until dyed the desired color. Let dry.
Using spouncer and acrylic paint, add polka dots. Outline dowels with gesso and liner brush. Let dry.
Print and cut out pattern. Pin to stained bandana and cut out. Repeat for a total of two patterns cut out to create dress. Handsew together the sides, leaving an opening for hands at the end of each sleeve and leaving the neck and bottom open.
Cut hands from felt and handsew in place.
Cover cone with black bandana. Secure with adhesive tape. Tuck top and bottom inside cone. NOTE: to create pattern to cover cone, cut cardboard cone up the side and trace onto bandana.
To paint dowel rod, pour a small amount of paint into a paper towel and coat dowel completely. Let dry. Cut dowel with wire cutters to desired length. Add gold stripes to dowel as desired.
Paint small wooden doll head gold. Let dry. Glue to one end of dowel. Set aside.
Paint medium wooden doll head white. Let dry. Paint facial features as desired. Add crackle paint over entire head. Let dry. Using a paper towel and little water, apply brown paint and then rub off for an antiqued look. Add more paint for a darker look.
Wrap Fun Fur around fingers several times to create hair. Gather loops and tie together one end with a piece of Fun Fur yarn to secure and cut the opposite side. Glue to head. Trim as desired.
Using a bandana scrap, cut a small triangle and wrap to create a cone hat. Secure with glue.
Using a bandana scrap, cut a rectangle to create the collar. Sew down one side of the rectangle and cinch together. Set aside.
Run dowel through cone, wider side of the cone is up.
Attach adhesive tape around the top of the cone and attach the bottom of the dress to the outside of the cone. Use ribbon to trim over the seam between the bottom of the dress and the cone.
Continue to run dowel through the neck of the dress.
Glue on collar and then the head.
