Project Instructions
Step 1 Construct All Occasion Arch following instructions with product.
Step 2 Drape gold and silver and black glitter tulle over sides of arch. Affix tulle to back side of arch using floral wire.
Step 3 Begin attaching floor length strips of assorted bling ribbon to front and back rims of the arch.
Step 4 Divide front strips into two sections to create curtain effect. Secure with wire and cover with a strip of bling.
Step 5 Attach bow to top of arch using floral wire.
