- Plume Feathers – White
- Bling Leaves
- Floral Tape
- Celebrate It® Bling Ribbon – Silver
- Scissors
- Low Heat Glue Gun
Project Instructions
Step 1 Pull of small cluster of feathers from large plume.
Step 2 Use feathers as backing and add in bling leaves.
Step 3 Cut to desired length and wrap with floral tape.
Step 4 Wrap with ribbon and secure with hot glue.
