- Low Heat Glue Gun

Project Instructions
Step 1 Assemble black box with instructions on package.
Step 2 Cut gold glitter tape into a zigzag pattern.
Step 3 Attach gold glitter tape to top of box lid.
Step 4 Hot glue a small cluster of white feather plumes in center of box.
Step 5 Hot glue glitter pom pom in center of box lid first and then attach feathers.
