Project Instructions
Step 1 Cut black ribbon to desired length to fit around waist. Allow extra ribbon to tie in bow.
Step 2 Cut and gather black tulle to create bow for sash.
Step 3 Attach embellishment of choice to center of tulle using hot glue.
Step 4 Attach tulle and embellishment to black ribbon, near center to ensure correct placement on dress.
