Project Instructions
Begin by arranging Fashion A La Carte™ Coiled Roses on a sheet of felt in desired fashion.
Attach roses to felt sheet by gluing or stitching filigree setting to felt.
Arrange Gem Cluster and Pearls as shown and attach to roses by gluing or stitching into position.
Use scissors to trim away edges of excess felt so that it does not show through.
Cut chain to desired length and attach to filigree backing to secure.
Add clasp to finish.
