Clean glassware with alcohol and allow to dry completely before painting. Allow paint to dry between steps.
Use ¾-inch flat brush and Calypso Blue to paint entire vase.
Trace and transfer pattern onto cardstock. Use craft knife to cut out design for stencil.
Position stencil on one side. Use cosmetic sponge and Citron Green to pounce paint into open areas of stencil. Reposition stencil randomly on same side and paint with Citron Green.
Repeat stenciling on each side using Tuscan Red and Bright Orange. (Note: Wherever partial stenciled image ends at edge, be sure to match up stencil on adjoining side to give appearance of design wrapping around vase.)
Allow painted item to cure for 21 days or bake using following instructions: Allow painted item to dry for 48 hours. Place glass item in cool oven. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and crack open door. Allow to cool completely before removing from oven. Hand washing recommended for best results.
