Project Instructions
Step: 1
Prewash your t-shirt to remove sizing and machine dry. Do not use fabric softener or dryer sheets. Slip the Fashion Form inside t-shirt.
Step: 2
Using a ruler, measure 2” down from front neckline and mark off with painters tape. Measure down another 2” for the first stripe. Measure 3” down and tape off for your second stripe. Repeat until entire t-shirt has been taped for black stripes. Refer to photo to tape off sleeves at a diagonal starting at the first stripe.
Step: 3
Brush out the black stripes using the Ebony paint and a sponge brush. Let dry. Apply second coat of black paint if desired. Completely dry front of painted t-shirt before you begin the backside.
Step: 4
Let dry 24 hours before wearing. Wait 72 hours to wash. Machine wash warm on gentle cycle. Do not use harsh detergents or bleach.
