Prepare cookie dough; tint orange.
Roll out dough and cut cookies using Maple Leaf Cutter.
Bake cookies according to cookie dough recipe and cool completely on cooling grid.
Using chocolate icing, pipe Tip 3 to outline veins.
Each cookie serves 1.
