Material List

- Spray flower from Easter Egg template
- Large assorted plastic eggs
- Wired twine

- Craft knife
- Glue gun
- Sand paper
Project Instructions
To create an easier surface to glue paper onto, lightly sand plastic eggs. Be careful not to sand surfaces that you will NOT be gluing paper onto (for example, the chick and bunny faces).
If you would like the eggs to be able to open and close, be careful not to glue the eggs shut while creating projects.
Chick
The chick is created by gluing a multitude of tiny paper flowers to egg.
Using template, trace and cut out spray flower from yellow cardstock.
To create spray flower, cut slits into strip with scissors. Wrap strip in a circular shape and adhere together as you wrap. Fray and bend ends to create dimension. Repeat to create enough flowers to cover egg.
Adhere spray flowers to large yellow egg.
Bend wired twine into two leg shapes and adhere to egg.
Using a craft knife, cut two oval eye shapes from black vinyl and adhere to egg.
Create beak shape from orange paper and adhere.
