Project Instructions
- Paint bell with decorative flowers using blue, red, white and yellow.
- Glue the blue ribbon to the red. Make a loop on the top and glue down.
- Thread ribbon through the bell handle and glue ribbon together to form a loop.
- Using gold ribbon, tie a bow with a loop that passes through the red/blue loop.
