Roll out cookie dough 1/8" thick and use second largest cutter from cutter set. Bake and cool.
Tint portions the of Royal Icing - Black, Christmas Red and Rose.
Use spatula and Rose icing to ice cookie. (Smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch).
Use tip 3 and Black icing to outline and pipe-in mouth. (Smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch.)
Use tip 3 and Red icing to pipe tongue. (Smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch.)
Use tip 5 and Rose icing to pipe dot cheeks and nose. (Smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch.)
Attach eye-icing decorations with tip 3 dots of Rose icing.
Use tip 3 and Black icing to pipe eyebrows.
