Project Instructions
Green Cupcake with Brown Bug:
Bake and cool cupcakes according to recipe.
Prepare buttercream icing according to recipe; tint portions green and brown.
Ice cupcake smooth with spatula and green icing.
Use tip 5 and brown icing to pipe bug’s head and body; smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch.
Use tip 2 and brown icing to pipe pull-out legs and pincher.
*Combine Leaf Green and Lemon Yellow for green shown.
Green Cupcake with Centipede:
Bake and cool cupcakes according to recipe.
Prepare buttercream icing according to recipe; tint portions green and brown.
Ice cupcake smooth with spatula and green icing.
Use tip 4 and brown icing to pipe bug’s body with closely-piped beads.
Use tip 1 and brown icing to pipe legs.
*Combine Leaf Green and Lemon Yellow for green shown.
