Tulip® Soft Fabric Paint™

 

Material List

  • Cardboard
  • Foil (for palette)
  • Contact Paper
  • Paintbrushes (1 large flat and 1 small liner)
  • Scissors
  • Pencil
 

Project Instructions

Lay tee on prepared surface. Insert cardboard inside tee.
 

Fold contact paper in half, use a pencil and draw half of a heart on one folded side. Use scissors and cut along pencil line to remove heart shape to create stencil.
 

Unfold contact paper stencil and peel off back from contact paper. Place the sticky side down onto shirt where desired. Press down firmly.
 

Squeeze Glacier White onto foil palette. Use a large flat paintbrush and brush on Glacier White into heart stencil. Repeat for desired coverage. Let dry. (You can speed up drying process by using a blow dryer.)
 

Squeeze Turquoise, Ebony and Azalea onto foil palette. Use liner paintbrush and create lines running throughout the heart, vertically and horizontally. Let dry. Remove contact paper stencil.

Tips

Insert cardboard inside shirt to avoid paint bleeding to other side of shirt.
