Project Instructions

Step 1 Begin with the Bead Gallery® light purple stone beads, the Bead Gallery® crystal pendant, and the Beadalon® flexible beading wire. Thread 14 light purple stone beads, the crystal pendant, and then 14 more light purple stone beads.

Step 2 Gather the Bead Landing™ crimp tubes with loop and the end strand from Step 1. Insert the end of the beading thread into the crimp tube until it meets the hole of the loop. Using your chain nose pliers, fold over both open edges of the crimp tube and press firmly. Make sure the wire is held tightly with the crimp tube.

Step 3 Cut other end of beading wire from spool and repeat this crimp tube closure step.

Step 4 Now gather the Beadalon® flexible beading thread, the Bead Gallery® multi purple beads, and the Bead Gallery® purple 6mm Beads. Measure 12" of beading wire and trim.

Step 5 Thread one end of the wire through a jump ring so that the wire is folded over the jump ring with equal wire on each side. Tie a knot.

Step 6 Next thread a Bead Gallery® purple 6mm bead and pull it all the way to the top of thread where the knot is. Then thread one more bead onto each strand ofwire. Now add one Bead Gallery® multi purple bead by threading one end of the strand through the bead and pulling to the right and threading one end of the strand through the bead and pulling to the left. When you pull this tightly, you should have two beads on the side, and two beads down the center. Reference picture.

Step 7 Repeat Step 6 so that you have 12 center beads.

Step 8 Gather the Bead Landing™ crimp tubes with loop and the end strand from Steps 4-7. Insert the ends of the beading thread into the crimp tube until it meets the hole of the loop. Using your chain nose pliers, fold over both open edges of the crimp tube and press firmly. Make sure that both wires are held tightly with the crimp tube.

Step 9 Repeat Steps 4-8 one more time so that you have another full strand.

Step 10 Gather the strand from Step1 and the two strands from above. Add a jump ring to both crimp tube loops. Connect those jump rings to the twisted wire of the pendant. Reference picture.

Step 11 Now connect the jump rings on the end of the braided strands to the loop in the crimp tubes from Step 1. The strand from Step 1 and the two strands from above should be connected.

Step 12 Next gather the Bead Landing™ chain and measure to make the necklace your desired length. Remove excess chain. Repeat so that you have two strands of chain that are the same length.

Step 13 Use a jump ring to attach the chain link to the jump ring from Step 11 on both sides.

Step 14 Add a Bead Landing™ lobster law clasp to one end of the chain.
