Project Instructions
- Draw a cupcake on the foam sheet and the scrapbook paper. Cut cupcake from both pink foam and scrapbook paper. Glue together.
- Cut top icing part of cupcake from white foam, glue to pink body.
- Glue white pom poms on cupcake, covering top of cupcake.
- Brush glue over pom poms and shake on clear glitter, let dry and shake off excess, saving for another project.
- Cut small ½ inch pieces of chenille stems and glue randomly to pom poms for sprinkles.
- Glue red pom pom to top of cupcake.
- Use pink glitter glue to outline cupcake on back of card, let dry.
- Use sticker letters to personalize the back of the card.
