Project Instructions
Start by baking cupcakes using your favorite Duff cake mix. After the cupcakes are cool, cut the tops off. Then, using
Duff’s mini cutters, cut out the centers of the cupcake tops.
Using Duff’s Icing Pouches, fill the center of the cupcake bottoms with one color and the outer area with another. Then,
place the cupcake top back on.
