Daddy's Little Helper Toolbox

Material List

  • Aleene'sĀ® Liquid FusionĀ®
  • Black toolbox for Dad
  • Red metal box for a child
  • Small Flat metal objects (bolts, washers, nails, etc.)
  • Masking Tape

Project Instructions

Prop toolbox to level out surface where wording is desired.

Lay metal objects on lid of box to spell “DAD” for placement.

Lift one object at a time and squeeze small dots or lines of Aleene’s® Liquid Fusion® onto the back of the object and place back onto the box to adhere. Hold with masking tape if needed.

Repeat glue technique on red child’s toolbox to spell “Mine”.

Let dry 2- 4 hours. For maximum hold, allow 24 hours for glue to completely cure.


Be sure surface area is as flat as possible to ensure proper adherence.
