Material List
- Pillar Candle – Ivory
- Tissue Paper, Printed – Damask
- Recollections™ Adhesive Tape
- Velvet Ribbon – Black
- Scissors
- Pearl Pins
Project Instructions
Cut printed tissue to height of candle. Wrap around the candle and leave enough to overlap and secure with adhesive tape.
Add velvet ribbon around top and bottom of tissue.
Embellish with pearl pins.
