Project Instructions
Step 1 Follow instructions on back side of the bouquet wrap package.
Step 2 Wrap the bouquet.
Step 3 Insert pearl and rhinestone picks into the flower centers. Trim pearl and rhinestone picks with wire cutters if needed.
