- David Tutera™ Bubble Wands
- Ribbon, Thin – Color of Choice
- Twine – Color of Choice
- Scissors
- Low Heat Glue Gun
Project Instructions
Step 1 Wrap twine tightly around the silver cap and knot or glue the end.
Step 2 Cut coordinating ribbon and tie a section onto the bottle. Or cut a longer section, wrap around base of bottle and crisscross ribbon up the length of the bottle and tie the ends.
