Material List
- T-Shirt, V-neck – Pink
- T-Shirt– Black
- Tutu – White
- Leggings – Black
- Tulle – White
- Colored Pencil – White
- Teen Scream Headband
- Body Art Face Paint
- Rotary Cutter
- Cutting Mat
- Ruler
- Low Heat Glue Gun
Project Instructions
Cut about 6" off the bottom of the black T-shirt and cut a scoop neck on the top. Turn the black shirt inside out and trace pattern with a white colored pencil.
Place cutting mat inside the shirt so that you cut through the front side only. Cut out the skull pattern with a rotary cutter. Flip the shirt over to cut the back.
Using a ruler, cut two 4" horizontal lines that are 2" apart. Repeat this all the way down the back of the shirt.
Trim a few inches of the sleeves and create slashes on the sides.
Cut the sleeves and neck from the pink T-shirt to create a tank top.
To embellish your headpiece, gather white tulle and hot glue it to the top of headband.
