Project Instructions
Step 1
Place a dinosaur sticker on each star.
Step 2
Punch holes in the top of each star.
Step 3
Loop chenille stem through hole at top of star, then around pom pom garland and twist to tie both together. Trim end of chenille stem.
Step 4
Repeat until you have five stars on the garland.
