Using end caps, measure your wrist and cut two lengths of cord this length. Glue one end of each cord into the end cap. Repeat on other end. Let dry completely.
Lay the two-strand bracelet flat on a table. Tie one end of beading thread to top strand, leaving a 1" tail. Thread needle. Hold first bead between the two strands of cord, loop the thread over the top strand, pass needle through first bead under bottom strand of cord, back through the first bead and over the top strand of cord, and repeat before moving on to second bead.
Hold second bead between the two strands of cord, pass the needle through the bead and around the bottom cord and back through second bead and over top cord, trapping the thread tail, securing it along top strand. Continue passing the thread around the top cord and through each bead and then around bottom cord and back through the bead. Tighten as you go and secure the starting thread tail against the top strand.
Secure the last bead by passing the needle through the bead and around the bottom cord and back through second bead and over top cord, then repeat. Finish your bracelet by tying a knot in the thread, passing the needle back through the last thread loop, around the cord, and back through the loop you created before pulling it tight. Pass the needle and thread under several thread loops along the bottom cord and trim.
