Bake and cool standard and mini cupcakes in Pink Damask Baking Cups.
Use spatula to ice both cupcakes smooth.
Sprinkle cupcakes with Valentine Nonpareils Sprinkles.
Stack mini cupcake on top of standard cupcake and attach with icing.
Attach icing decorations to top cupcake with icing.
