Duck Easter Basket
Create this one-of-a-kind Duck basket for Easter or as a spring decoration. Using foam makes it a fun and easy project. The baby basket is made using the same directions but with smaller pieces. The one shown uses a 6x6 foam piece for body. Designed by Jo Pearson

- Yellow Foam Sheets- 2
- Orange Foam Sheet
- Oval Wiggle Eyes- 2
- Yellow Glitter Glue
- Easter Grass
- Scalloped Decorator Edge Scissors
- Scissors
- Ruler
- Pencil
- Pen
- Paint Brush
Project Instructions
Step: 1
Cut yellow foam 12x12 inches. Bring corners together to form point and staple about 1 inch in to secure, bend corners over as shown.
Step: 2
Cut duck head, beak, handles, tail and wings from foam using patterns provided.
Step: 3
Glue small wing to large wing and glue to sides of basket. Brush inner wing with glitter glue and let dry.
Step: 4
Glue tail to back center top of basket.
Step: 5
Glue the two head pieces together, leaving bottom open to glue to basket. Glue in place. Glue eyes in place.
Step: 6
Glue beak to head, add black dot as shown.
Step: 7
Glue handle from side to side of basket.
