Cut pieces of the knit shirt to fit through the Sizzix®. Die cut several groups of flowers from shirt.

Cut tulle to fit through the Sizzix® and repeat Step 1.

Layer the flowers and tulle to create full flowers. Add a felt flower button and a regular button and stitch onto the skirt. Make as many of these flowers as desired and stitch into place.

Freehand cut out leaves to go with your flowers. Add the leaves and using a running stitch to secure.

Add additional layered flowers using the felt flower buttons and small buttons as desired.

To make the tulle rosettes, cut a 8-10" length of tulle. Make a knot on one end. Twist the tulle and wrap it around the knot (which is the center of the flower). Stitch to hold and then stitch onto the skirt. Place as desired.
