Project Instructions

Step: 1

Tint 1 package of fondant ivory. Use apple blossom cutter to cut 100 flowers. Position flowers on foam and gently press in center with Stick One from flower making set. Let dry. When completley dry, pipe tip 2 dot centers. Set aside.

Step: 2

Bake and cool two 1&½-inch high cakes to form one 3-inch high cake. Prepare and cover with rolled fondant; smooth with Easy-Glide Smoothers.

Step: 3

Roll a long piece of fondant onto a log and position around base of cake. Divide cake into 9ths (approximately 4&½-inch divisions). Roll ¼-inch diameter x 12-inch long logs of ivory fondant and braid together.

Step: 4

Position braids at division points, to form garlands with points 1-inch from top edge of cake. Attach 3 flowers at division points with dots of icing. Use pansy cutter to imprint desings on top and sides of cake.

Step: 5

Outline pansies with tip 2 and immediately use decorator brush to create a brush embroidery look. Pipe tip 2 dot centers on “pansies”, connect flowers tip 2 vines and swirls. Attach fondant flowers with dots of icing and position ornamnet.
