- Art-i-Cake™ Charm – Cupcake or Charm of Choice
- E-6000® Craft Adhesive
- Wire Cutters
- Needle Nose Pliers
Project Instructions
Use wire cutters to remove backing or pendant hook for pendants.
Glue pieces to collar using E-6000® glue. Let dry.
Use needle nose pliers to attach charm to collar.
