Project Instructions
Using the OLFA® Circle Cutter and OLFA® Rotary Mat, cut six circles of fabric for each flower. The larger the circle, the larger your petals and flower will be.
Fold the circle in half, then in half again, pressing after each fold.
To sew the petals together, start at the bottom corner of the curved side and baste long gather stiches along the curve to the other side. Gently pull the thread to gather the petal as you sew along the edge.
Once your petal is gathered, begin the gathering stitches on the next petal without cutting the thread so the petals are connected. Continue along the edge of six petals and secure the last one to the first with a couple of good knots.
Choose a button for the center and attach with hot glue.
