Material List
- Martha Stewart Crafts™ Pearl Paint – Fruit Punch
- Martha Stewart Crafts™ Adhesive Stencil – Fair Isle Dots
- Martha Stewart Crafts™ Foam Pouncers
- Glass Cylinder – 10½"
- Brush Basin (or Water Container)
- Paper Towels
- Foam Plates
- Rubbing Alcohol
Project Instructions
Wash glass cylinder in warm soapy water; rinse well and allow to dry. Wipe cylinder with a paper towel moistened with rubbing alcohol to remove any oil or residue. Allow to dry.
Peel adhesive stencil from backing sheet and apply to cylinder.
Load pouncer by dabbing in Fruit Punch. Paint floral design by dabbing through stencil in a straight up and down motion.
Carefully peel off stencil while wet.
Clean paint residue from back of stencil. Reposition stencil on cylinder. Continue stenciling until desired effect is achieved. Allow to dry.
Bake to cure as follows: set dry painted item in cool oven. Set temperature to 350°F and bake for 30 minutes. Allow cylinder and oven to cool completely before removing cylinder.
