Material List
- Stems or Bushes – Style of Choice
- Burlap
- Ribbon
- Clothespins
- Wooden Blocks
- Cardstock – Style/Color of Choice
- Wire Cutters
- Low Heat Glue Gun
- Acrylic Paint – Color of Choice
- Paintbrush (or Foam Brush)
- Computer and Printer (Optional)
Project Instructions
Paint the wooden blocks and clothespins with the paint and paintbrush entirely. Let the paint dry.
Use scissors and cut a strip of burlap to wrap around the sides of the block.
Use the hot glue gun to glue the burlap to the wooden block.
Cut the ribbon the same length and glue on top of the burlap.
Make a bow with the ribbon and glue it to the back of the wooden block on top of the ribbon.
Use wire cutters and cut the flower heads and leaves off of the stems.
Glue the leaves and the flower head to the top of the wooden block.
Glue the clothespins to the top of the block.
Cut the cardstock to desired size, and type or print the name on each.
Insert the name card in the top of the clothespin.
