Print and cut out the template twice. Note: You may need to reduce or enlarge the size to make it proportional to the shadow box. Set these aside.
Select six coordinating prints, including one with birds. Note: Be sure to remove both sheets of the print to be used for the tree for a total of seven pages.
Insert the first print inside the shadow box, trimming as needed and adhering in place.
Trace the tree template (one onto each page) and cut out. Fold them both in half along the trunk. Adhere the two folds together so that the tree becomes two-dimensional. Adhere one side of your tree to the print inside the shadow box.
Punch out printed paper circles from your next print using the 1 3/8" punch. You will need one for each photo. Punch out assorted photos using the 1" circle punch. Adhere the two sets together with with the photo on top of each (either using different colors or keeping them all the same) and tie on where desired to the different branches of your tree.
Embellish the tree by adding birds and leaves cut out from your next two prints.
Finish the project with a banner on the bottom cut from your remaining print. Add the family name with alphabet stickers.
Photos may vary in size, but depending on the final size of your shadow box, be sure that your photos are proportional to the size of the leaves.
Use tree template on any size of shadow box — just enlarge or shrink it as needed.
Perfect for wedding gifts, baby showers, or graduation presents.
