Project Instructions
Note Pad Holder
Cut a 4"x7" piece of scrapbook paper and use Mod Podge® to cover top of acrylic frame. Allow to dry.
Sand off any excess paper extending over frame edges, sanding downward in one direction.
Embellish outside top portion of frame (refer to photo) with Podgeable Papers as desired using Mod Podge® to adhere. Allow to dry.
Use Rub-On Transfer "#1 Dad" and rub over a design element section and add to top right side of frame.
Distress edges of frame with distress ink then seal with a coat of Mod Podge®. Allow to dry.
Cut out large and small watch faces to fit 1" and 1½" acrylic shape circles. Use Mod Podge® to adhere, pressing out any bubbles with your fingers. Set aside to dry.
Add dimension around edge of acrylic circles with Gold Glitter Dimensional Magic™. Set aside to dry.
Use hot glue to attach Post-It® note pad to bottom portion of picture frame (refer to photo) and embellish with jute, tying on large acrylic clock face.
Pencil and Paper Clip Holder
Paint top edge of plaque white. When dry, paint bottom edge of plaque black. Allow to dry.
Use Mod Podge® to adhere scrapbook paper to outside of plastic storage container.
Tear remaining paper into 1"-2" pieces and apply to top surface of wood plaque with Mod Podge®, overlapping as you work. Allow to dry.
Use sandpaper to sand off any excess paper extending edges of storage container and plaque. Sand downward in one direction.
Embellish outside of larger section of storage container with Podgeable Papers, using Mod Podge® to adhere. Allow to dry.
Apply "Love you so much, Dad" rub-on to the front white section of wood plaque.
Distress edges of container sections and wood plaque with distress ink then seal with a coat of Mod Podge®. Allow to dry.
Glue storage container sections to wood plaque and embellish with jute using hot glue. Tie on small acrylic clock face and glue down ends.
