- Dimensions® Feltworks® Ball Assortment – Cool and Warm
- Waxed Cord (3), 20"-30" Each
- Wooden Skewer, Small
- Large-Eyed Needle
- Scissors
Project Instructions
Make a hole through the center of each ball by inserting a small wooden skewer, twisting it as you go through the center of the ball. Slide the ball up and down on the skewer to enlarge the hole. (The smallest balls were used for this project.)
Thread the waxed cord onto a large-eyed needle.
String the felt balls onto the cord. Add a knot on each side of a ball to keep it in place. Use 4-6 balls per string and space them as desired.
On a longer necklace, the ends can be secured with a knot. For a shorter necklace, the ends can be secured with jewelry findings such as ribbon ends and a clasp with rings or create a loop at one end and add a ball to the other end.
