Project Instructions

Step 1 Using Peacock glitter glue, draw hearts on surface of pink felt heart, and let dry.

Step 2 Using Royal glitter glue, make small dots on surface of blue felt letter. Let dry.

Step 3 On smallest paper flower, outline petals and veins with Pink glitter glue, outline largest flower with glue and Sterling glitter, then let dry.

Step 4 Glue smallest flower to medium flower, medium flower to large flower, small sparkle pom pom to center. Glue flower onto felt initial as shown.

Step 5 Outline heart in glue and Sterling glitter. Let dry.

Step 6 Cut 12" section of pom pom garland, insert one pom pom from each end of garland into back loop of felt initial, making a pom pom garland hanger. Secure with a small piece of ribbon.

Step 7 Glue felt heart to lower bottom section of felt initial.
