Project Instructions
Paint the opening of the frame using Carrot.
When dry, center the frame face down on the felt. Pull one side of felt up and staple in the center. Repeat for the other three sides. Continue to pull the felt to the back of the frame and staple, leaving the corners for last. Make sure to keep the hole in the back of the frame clear.
To do a corner, staple the point of the felt to the back. Fold over the felt to the left of the point and staple. Repeat for the remaining felt to the right of the point. Repeat for the remaining three corners.
For the frame opening, carefully cut an “X” from the left top corner to the bottom right corner and again from the right top corner to the bottom left corner. Pull each point back and staple to the back of the frame.
Cut 24" lengths of yarn. Alternating colors, fold a piece of yarn in half and make a lark's head knot through the frame opening by pulling the ends through the loop and pulling tight. Knot the ends at the edge of the frame. Make sure you end at the outer edge of the frame each time and the knots should all be tied. When you have gone around all four sides, trim the yarn to about 1" from the edge of the frame.
Glue the flowers onto the frame as shown.
