Step 1 Choose a color of candy liners for each box. Step 2 Fold paper liners in half and glue along the bottom edge, overlapping each one. Step 3 Attach folded paper liners to the next row, overlapping the top portion of the liners on the previous row. Step 4 Place each lid face down on paper and trace around it with a pencil. Carefully cut out circle with an X-ACTO® knife or scissors. Lightly sand the surface and edges of the paper. Use a tape runner or glue to secure paper to each lid. Step 5 Measure the width of each lid side and cut a strip of paper to fit. Sand the paper, wipe down and glue onto sides of each lid. Step 6 String hemp or floss with colorful beads, wrap around each lid three times. Knot the hemp, and string each end with beads. Tie off each end several times and trim excess.
