- Easy Felt, Black
- Ostrich Plume, Large, Color of Your Choice
- Assorted Rhinestones
- Hot Glue Gun & Glue Sticks
- Scissors
Project Instructions
Step: 1
Cut length of easy felt 2-inches wide.
Step: 2
At center back glue plume. Embellish with desired rhinestones center front.
Step: 3
Measure around head with décor in front center and mark and glue closed. Trim excess felt.
