Step 1 Cut 20" piece of Beadalon® 20 ga. wire.
Step 2 Thread each end of the wire through the charm loop.
Step 3 Gently and evenly pull wires until you are close to desired ring size.
Step 4 Repeat Steps 2-3 with second charm. You should end up with four wires. Be sure to keep each wire flat and don’t allow them to overlap.
Step 5 Slide wire over ring mandrel on desired size, and hold bead in place.
Step 6 Pull wires through center of the charms.
Step 7 Twist each of the wires in opposite directions under the charms. Continue until you have approximately 1" of wire left on each side.
Step 8 Remove from mandrel.
Step 9 Using Beadalon® chain nose pliers, feed one of the ends around the wrap you just made under the charm.
Step 10 Repeat 2-3 times until the wire is secure. Using Beadalon® wire cutters, trim end.
Step 11 Repeat Steps 9-10 with opposite wire.
Step 12 Cut 26 ga. wire.
Step 13 Fold 26 ga. wire in half by bending in center.
Step 14 Slide the 26 ga. wire over the bottom of the ring, (in the center).
Step 15 Working one side at a time, begin wrapping the 26 ga. wire around the bottom of the ring by using a sewing motion. Each wrap should be tight and touching the previous wrap. Also, be careful to keep all underneath wires flat and avoid overlapping.
Step 16 Continue toward top of ring.
Step 17 Once you have reached the top of the ring, find a gap under the charm and wrap 26 ga. around that wire. Do this 2-3 times to secure 26 ga. wire. Trim excess wire.
Step 18 Repeat Steps 15-17 with opposite side.
Step 19 Slide ring back on mandrel.
Step 20 Using Beadalon® nylon hammer, gently hammer the underside of the ring where the 26 ga. wires are wrapped. This will flatten the wires.
