Remove the center section from your unfinished frame and set this aside. Use your assortment of ink pads to distress the front face of the frame by rubbing them along the edges and across the front of the wood. Continue adding coats of ink until you reach your desired look. Set aside to dry.
While your frame is drying, take the center section from the frame and trace it onto the back of the print that will go in the middle. Cut this out.
Take two additional prints and punch out five flowers from each one. Turn them over and lightly brush some water onto the back of each one. Once they have dried for approximately a minute, fold them in to the middle, almost scrunching them in. Set them aside to dry.
Once your frame has sat for approximately 20 minutes, take this back out. Insert the print from step above, along with the original card from the middle; secure these both in place. Measure a length of ribbon that will wrap around the top, going down each side approximately 2"-3". Adhere this in place with hot glue. Measure an additional piece of ribbon that will wrap around the sides and bottom of the frame, leaving enough length at the end for hanging. Adhere the ribbon in place with hot glue and tie the ends in a bow.
Once your flowers are dried, open them up as far as desired. Stack them together in three groups, securing each layer with hot glue. Adhere them directly to the bottom of your frame.
• Add more (or take away) 3D flowers to create your desired look.
• Use a paintbrush when applying your water to the back of the flowers.
