Floral Trimmed Candles

Material List

  • Die Cuts with a View® Decorative Trim
  • Twine
  • Pillar Candles
  • Decorative Candle Holder
  • Scissors
 

Project Instructions

Cut Decorative Trim to size of your candles. Peel off backing paper. Wrap around your candles.

Cut 5 pieces of twine to the length of each candle.

Candles 1 and 2, wrap twine around candle twice on the edge of the Decorative Trim and tie in the back.

On candle 3, wrap twine around center of the Decorative Trim and tie a bow on the front of the candle.

Place candles on the Decorative Candleholder

Tips

If you are concerned about "burning" the trim on the outside of the candles, carve out or burn down the center of the candle, before adding the trim, making enough room to place an LED tealight in the center to create the same effect.
