Project Instructions

Step: 1

Prepare and roll out dough. Cut cookies using daisy cutter; bake and cool. Roll out all fondant colors 1/8-inch thick.

Step: 2

For Blue Cookie: Tint white fondant with blue icing color.
Using Royal Icing, outline petals with tip No. 1; add tip No. 1 dots. Pipe monogram with tip No. 2.

Step: 3

For Violet Cookie: Tint a portion of white fondant with violet and a little rose.
Using Royal Icing, outline petals and pipe in center with tip 2.

Step: 4

For Pink Cookie: Cut white fondant flower using largest and smallest Cut-Outs and pink fondant flower using medium Cut-Out; attach to cookie with damp brush. For flower center, roll a 1/8-inch pink fondant ball.

Step: 5

For Yellow Cookie: Cut out daisy shape using cutter; cut out center of yellow daisy using smallest round Cut-Out. Attach to cookie with piping gel. With Royal Icing and pipe tip No. 1, make spirals.

Step: 6

For Green Cookie: Cut green daisy using cookie cutter; attach to cookie with piping gel. Cut white flower using medium Cut-Out; attach with damp brush. Cut 6 green leaves using smallest Cut-Out; attach with damp brush. With Royal Icing and pipe tip No. 2, make dots at petal points and flower center.
