Project Instructions
Cut a rectangle of patterned craft paper to fit the size of the bangle.
Brush a small amount of Mod Podge® onto the paper and place the paper snugly and evenly onto the bangle, smoothing the paper as you go.
Allow the glue to dry.
Use an X-ACTO® knife to carefully trim away the excess paper.
Brush another coat of Mod Podge® onto the paper and allow to dry.
Poke a needle through the holes in the bangle from the back side and through the paper.
Wire the flower to the bangle through the holes in the cuff.
Use the wire to sew through the holes in the bangle and through each filigree, attaching them to the bangle.
