Cut a 4" piece of 20 ga. wire.
Using round nose pliers, form a coil of 2-3 wraps.
Slide the wire through the flat bead. Trim the wire to 5/8". Using round nose pliers, form a second just like the first one. Roll the coil up until it is close to the bead hole.
Cut an 8" piece of 24 ga. wire. Slide the wire through one of the coils by the bead hole and center the wire in the coil. Slide both halves of the wire through one of the holes in the leather band. Pull the wires across the bottom of the leather band, toward the other hole. Slide the wires through the second hole in the band. Separate the two wires and pull them through the coil next to the bead so the wires cross inside the coil and there is one wire pointing in each direction.
String an alternating pattern of stardust and silver rondelle beads. String enough beads to create a frame around half of the flat bead.
When there are enough beads to reach the opposite side of the flat bead, slide the wire through the coil next to flat bead hole.
String enough beads to frame the second half of the flat bead, then pass through the coil where the stringing began.
Pull one wire behind the flat bead, and wrap it two or three times around the two 24 ga. wires coming up from the bottom of the band. Trim off the excess wire.
Pull the second half of the wire across the back of the flat bead, between the bead and the leather band, where it cannot be seen. Wrap it around in the same way as the first half of the wire, around the two 24 ga. wires coming up from the bottom of the band. Trim off the excess wire.
Cut a 3" piece of 20 ga. wire. Wrap one end tight around the 24 ga. wire and bead frame halfway between the coils sitting by the bead holes. Wrap twice. Pull the wire across the back of the bead and the leather strap. Wrap twice around the 24 ga. wire and bead frame, directly across from the other wraps.
Open up the jump rings that attach the lobster clasp to the bracelet. Set aside the original clasp. Use one ring to attach the halves of the magnetic clasp to the bracelet.
